The Pullman is a beautiful building with great rooftop views of the city and the pool has that great resort style feel about it. It is one of the highest priced rental properties in the downtown metro area though

After seeing the recent "anonymous review brigade" come in and leave poor ratings all at the same time, I thought I'd come share my experience with The Pullman after having lived both here and downtown for quite some time. First off, The Pullman is by far the most impressive building in Denver. We have had zero problems here - the homeless situation is drastically better than our previous spot only 2 blocks away. The package system is 100x more efficient than out previous Fetch experience.. texts with every delivery in an Amazon style locker is unmatched. The pool / rooftop deck is incredible & the concierge lets us choose the music whenever we have friends here. The parking garage is quiet, safe and secure. The staff has gone above and beyond with every question we had (S/O Vincent and team) while we have formed a personal relationship with the concierge staff. It's a privilege to have amenities at this level of service. If your primary concern involves gym snacks, mimosas and pool towels maybe this isn't the place for you!

THINK AGAIN BEFORE RENTING HERE... seriously... big warning. This hasn't happened to us, but they will throw an eviction notice at you whenever they can to collect money. Tow your vehicle even though you're a resident. They will not tell you when packages are delivered to your residence. I am one of the original residents since the building opened - being from New York City, the $5000 price is not worth it. The only reason why there are 5-stars in ratings is because upon move-in they encourage you to do so to earn "Building Points". People are leaving in droves. 2nd floor gym smells like sewage. Will not provide concessions even though you experience falsely promised services. Just like the random things that will break (maintenance has been in our unit probably 8-times so far), the service will is broken. The employees see this as an opportunity to acquire a paycheck and leave, they don't see this as a luxury building / career in hospitality. Oh, one last thing, Homeless people will frequently go into the garage, steal things & key cars. All at your expense, the building does not care. Run.

We recently moved in the Pullman and have loved every second! The hospitality and leasing office has made our moving transition extremely smooth. Really want to thank Vincent for helping us out and making our new home so special.
