The team at M2 is great and our maintenance requests are always handled quickly and effectively. Love living in a place where I don’t have to worry about that kind of stuff!

We have moved in a few months ago. Having had a bad experience with previous apartment (I will keep apartment complex confidential, but struggled with maintenance, needing to come in 3 or 4 times for the same problem. Thanks to the person who came in and fixed every problem we had. Thrilled to have such a competent team that can do the work the first time and make it stick. Thanks!

UPDATE: So upon moving out, M2 over charged me (surprise, surprise). I only found out because I double checked the math, they would not have corrected the mistake otherwise. I was told I would receive a check within 30 days. Guess what? It’s been over 30 days and nothing. STAY AWAY. After driving 1800 miles, we arrived on our move in day and found that the apartment was FILTHY, the Ice machine in the fridge didn’t work, the stove didn’t work and master bathroom door didn’t close. There is trash everywhere. Piled up outside of peoples doors, in the common area trash cans, piled out next to the dumpsters, all over the property. Management does NOTHING about it. They will post "newsletters" every few months on your door asking people to not pile trash up by the dumpsters, but nothing is done about it that actually makes a difference, AND you have to pay $30/month for “valet trash removal” and there is no way to opt out. Also while living there, our dishwasher broke and was “fixed”, broke again/was not ever actually fixed and took 3 months for it to be replaced because they simply forgot about it. The fridge stopped working and I sent in two maintenance requests and called three times before I finally got in touch with someone about it. Additionally, the office staff doesn’t contact you via phone or email regarding any issues, but they will instead passive aggressively leave a paper notice clipped to your door (they even installed little clips to every apartment doorframe!) at the end of the day so you can't contact them in regard to the notice until the next business day. Expect to pay $100-300 more per month than what is quoted on the website for $30 valet trash removal, a $20 “real estate fee”, a $30-40 CAM (common area maintenance) fee. Not sure how that one can fluctuate, but it does. Not to mention lights in the outside hallways are always out and not replaced. It's $8 per month PER CAR for parking, there's a $6 “Service Fee” added to your rent as well as $2 to pay rent online, which you can’t opt-out of. You'll also get hit with a cleaning fee and don't even think you'll get your deposit back because you wont. We left the apartment in MUCH better condition than when we moved in, and were still charged $135 cleaning fee in addition to not getting our $250 deposit back. I would have liked to have been present for the "in person inspection" I was told IN MY LEASE that I could have, but I just had someone from the office come inside and say "yeah this looks fine. You'll probably still get charged at least $150 because everyone does." Oh. Okay. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else.

From the very beginning this place has been super great! The staff has answered my many many questions with kindness and kept in communication with me throughout my whole application and move-in process! I worked mainly with Amanda and she is amazing! My young child played with the balloon at her desk the entire time we were going over details before we toured. When we came back to grab our keys, she brought another one out for him. It may seem small, but the little things like that really stand out to me. So far I really enjoy the life around this place. People walking their dogs, children playing and riding bikes, and just the overall feel of a little community. I will update after I have lived here a bit longer but so far I love the place and I am happy I chose M2😊

I believe there is roughly 10 buildings. It's a nice peaceful complex. Lots of nice amenities. I could walk from one end to the other in about 12 mins.

What's the cheapest apartment?
