Everything was clean and ready for my move-in. Staff was accommodating. Had to apply for the apartment sight unseen moving from the east coast. Robert the concierge is extremely pleasant and helpful!

Very nice apartments. A lot of really nice amenities, the staff is incredibly personable. We don't live here but our friends get very happy when they run into anyone who works here. We've spent the day at the lounge/pool area; beautiful scenery and were able to reserve times for the amenities. Close to a lot of great locations.

This is can be a decent place to live. This is my experience, I hope you have a better one if you choose to call this place home: We ran into some water damage in our unit because the maintenance staff had incorrectly fixed a shower in the unit above us. This resulted in us having to block off 1/4 of the apartment as the wall was cut out and the staff was running fans and dehumidifiers in our unit 24/7 for 5 days. These units are small and we work from home, so the loud noises from the staff’s machines ultimately drove us to a hotel. We were told our rent would be prorated for the days the equipment was in our unit, but the credit was not present when our rent posted. After trying everyday to get in contact with someone about correcting our rent, they served us with a Rent Demand/Eviction Notice. We eventually did get our rent corrected, but they only prorated it for 3 days rather than the 5 days the equipment was in my unit, and even then the credit was for less than they had originally quoted. Overall a very frustrating experience that could’ve been easily avoided with a more proactive management staff. I will not be renewing my lease, and I would recommend looking for a lease elsewhere downtown. Updating to address the owner response: While I appreciate getting a response to this post, I can’t help but feel that this response is half hearted and only serves to save face. There was no apology, and it feels like they are trying to dodge responsibility for the frustrations caused by this incident. We see this same kind of response on our community forum pretty regularly. The team was able to correct my account, but they still never addressed the fact that the credit was for 3 days rather than 5 which I had brought up in a couple of emails. Also, asking to contact the leasing office directly is absurd, as this is what we tried every day for a week and either no one was present in the office or they were too busy to see us. Unfortunately this response only contributes to making me feel like just another dollar sign to the owners.
