I used to live there; not a good experience. The office staff was mediocre on their best days. Maintenance staff was not just rude - 1 of them was determined to get his hands on me. I was always worried about getting my newspaper & mail delivered. They allowed my car to be towed twice for no reason that had to do with my living there - cost me well over $1000 total. If you're referred there, run - don't walk - to go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. The young lady that spoke with was more interested in clocking out than she was trying to help me get the information that I needed. Do better.

Very tired of the guest that come and visit this place. They park in front of your home and empty all their trash on the street. The two African American women that work in the office are very disrespectful, block my driveway and gate to my property. Wrote a kind note to ask one of them to not block my driveway and she read it and threw it on the ground. My kids can’t ride their bikes on the sidewalk because now the two women in the office are trying to make me mad by parking on the sidewalk. They really are a good representation of the entire building! Raggedy! They both drive black cars. And now they are just doing stuff to upset me, and overall they are not professional.
