I wanted to wait until I had lived here at least a month to write a review and I am so happy I chose AMLI for my home. Ashley was wonderful during the touring process and she was SUPER responsive to emails and all my questions leading up to my move-in date. Angie is also amazing and she is so friendly and helpful with everything. She is literally the best. It's truly so nice to go to the front desk and have the team recognize you and chat with you, which is why I feel so at home here. I haven't had any issues with noise from any neighbors and the hallways are always clean. Outside doors are never propped open and FOBs are needed throughout the property so I feel safe. Overall it has been a wonderful experience and I could not recommend this place more!

Lived here for 2 years and just renewed my lease again. I absolutely love my apartment, and all of my interactions with management have been excellent. The team here is very friendly, organized, and diligent. They also make efforts (eg engaging third party security companies for nighttime) to protect the community from neighborhood crime related issues. Also the building is remarkably quiet compared to any other apartment I’ve ever lived in! I live on first floor and very rarely hear bothersome noise from neighbors / outside.

AMLI has provided the best rental experience I have ever had by far! Maintenance requests are addressed quickly, the property is always clean, and the office is quick to respond to any questions you have for them. Within less than one year of living at AMLI Park Ave, there have been numerous updates made to the building which makes me feel like my rent is being put to good use-something that has never happened in other buildings I’ve lived in. I also love their focus on being eco-friendly - it’s so nice to have a composting service! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
