This is the worst Planned Parenthood I have ever been to. From the staff to the manager & the not so well trained nurses. The only nurse that made me feel comfortable was the one doing the ultrasounds. This facility should be ashamed of themselves. What’s routine to them is not routine to other women- they almost shame women for feeling any emotions during such a tough time. Please save yourself some time and go to a better clinic- I would definitely recommend Chapel Hill if you can make the drive.

Trying to get medications refilled through this clinic is almost impossible. I got overcharged for having to talk to the actual receptionist because she forgot to send the prescriptions to my pharmacy. This time they sent the wrong medication instead and I'm so done with this place.

There are problems with the call center, but they are trying to make it better
There is not a mammogram machine in the office. They do breast exams and can refer you for a mammogram if needed. There are resources available for people who qualify to have free mammograms as well.
I doubt they just give out that kind of information.

Birth control pill? Well they go off your household income you may not have to pay or may not be much some cost as low as 20 but it depends you have to go in do paper work they will tell you then
