I have lived here for 4 months and I genuinely love it. I had some concerns about moving in given some of the reviews, but I am so glad I chose to live here. It's been great! The location is great. The staff are always super responsive and go above and beyond to make sure residents are satisfied, special shout out to Graham for answering all my questions about my lease and solving any issues that come up. Maintenance team is very responsive and repairs are timely. Community management is very good about communicating any changes, and is always willing to take feedback. The fact that Justin and Marcela will meet with residents one on one to remediate any issues, shows how much they try to make it a comfortable experience here. Overall the easiest experience I have had as a renter.

I ran into a couple of hiccups with my move in and Graham was kind enough to stay late on a weekend to make sure I was taken care of. It was very much appreciated! The loading dock was really convenient and I had a service request taken care of right away. So far the experience has been wonderful. Thanks again for your help, Graham!
