Update July 2022: being charge for the door issues in my original review was rectified and Arleen doesn't work here. Their maintenance has improved greatly. The staff often have condescending tones when asking simple questions, like I don't have the right to inquire further or gain further clarification on thing like; why the end dates dont match on my lease, or not having working fobs anymore. That is part of the job, helping tenants understand. Also, when I ask questions, the response is often met with 'well I've done my job and met the bare minimum, so you shouldn't have anything to say about it' type of response. No empathy for any situation or ability to listen to the situation. Just one example: my car was totalled - grateful to be living today. I asked for another sticker for my rental (while my claim got settled) to park in the lot, was met by "we don't allow rentals in the lot" Once I explained via email, it was rectified, but only after an email where I was allowed to further explain myself. Original Review: The original application process was very slow, no follow-up or follow thru. Had to keep contacting them to get information. And last minute they delayed our move in by 2 weeks because they couldn't get doors. They never got new doors either, and charged us for them at move out. When inquiring about the transfer process to a larger unit it was said, "we just transfer to the new lease." In actuality, we pay deposits, damages, and prorate. Which is completely fine, but when inquired about, that information should have been transparent. Out of all the nice accommodating staff they've had over the years, Arlene has an attitude. She obviously doesn't enjoy her job or communicate with her team. Both times upon move in, the place was dirty and had multiple broken doors, towel racks, scratches, etc. We assumed that was their standard, but we got charged for all of it and specialty lightbulbs in valued ceiling, nickle and diming low income residents.

Lovely apartments with high-end features. Tall ceilings, beautiful countertops, open floor plans. Great location near shopping, movies, and galleries. Glenda is a class act and her team is a pleasure to work with.

As far as the dog it depends on the breed. You'll have to come in and talk to one of the helpful ladies in the office
