Great price for windows, lumber it hit/miss (sometimes they charge more than Home Depot). I have been there 20+ times and consistently the worst customer service anywhere. Staff always acts like you're just an imposition.

Love the reuse aspect of this place and the prices, (I’ve bought a lot of stuff here), however now there is so much stuff blocking everything, you can get to what you want or need. Plus there isn’t a lot of help from employees to get answers on prices or get something moved out of the way. They need another warehouse apparently and either post the prices or have more help. We left with nothing again because we couldn’t get to any item we needed and there was no help.

Even though I had good experiences inthe past. This time was horrible. Came for windows. NONE has a price. I go and asked the attendant. Took me forever find someone. The guy with the bear looked at the picture with the measurements that I took. He said $120. I considered okay for my budget. Im buying 2. I take the time to do all by myself because they are short of personnel. I understand. When I got to the cashier, they told me, no, that is not the price. Those are $45.- more. I told them they should honor the price they gave me first, after all the work I did myself. They did not. Both Guys with bear have HORRIBLE customer service. Too bad. Of course, as employees, they do not care much. What a dissapointment.

They have had shutters in the past you need to visit there inventory is always changing
They have some oak mostly bits and pieces. They're getting a little high priced I found material at Lowe's and home Depot cheaper than what I could get there for the same materials. so you might want to shop around

They'll have a selection, but no guarantee of a particularly style. Be prepared to come back with some new doors to go with your new hinges and knobs.

They have a massive selection of home building supplies, but there prices are so reasonable that there products fluctuate often.
