HCPF is not a good place to work for. Don't waist your time management and supervisors are unprofessional and the pay is low for the work that you do. find a better job

Website working terrible. To check 100 patients illegibility take half a day because of the "Picture Puzzle" after every entered patient. To developers of this site: "We are not a Robots we have our usernames and passwords, please make it easy for us to do this job by deleting this terrible verification thing" Thank you.

I've been waiting 8 months for the insurance I already paid for and still nothing. I have called over 70 times.

They're not terrible, but they are extremely under staffed and it takes a long time to get anything accomplished here.

You would have to work with your county office where you applied. There are online resources through the healthcare policy and financing government website. You can also call your county office.
