Literally the absolute WORST apartments I have ever lived in , they don’t care about the comfort of their residents , they never answer the phone to the office or get back to you , can’t use the laundry rooms here , homeless people sleeping around , our balcony has been gone for almost 3 months and they have yet to put it back up. I’ve made several reports of the neighbors down the hall leaving trash and smoking cigarettes in the hallway and the office has not did anything about it , I’ve seen roaches and other bugs in the dirty hallways.. I could go on for days . HORRIBLE apartments do not move here !!! I’ve only here 4 months

I gave one star because I HAD to. I have been without air conditioning for the last 4 days, while living on the third floor (with pets that have also been overheated!) It’s been a minimum of 105• ing the afternoon hours and that is just unacceptable. I put in at least 6 EMERGENCY orders ALONG with several phone calls to the emergency line without one single response. Until I actually went to the office to ask for help. Only to speak to the manager, Andrea Romero. Who told me “ There are 15 units in head of you that also need their air conditioning units fixed. By law, I do not have to fix yours …. So you will have to wait.” I pay my rent on time, every single month- even after losing my job after COVID. Keep making those excuses Andrea Romero. Maybe if your apartment was 100+ degrees, you’d actually care 🤷‍♀️

One of the worst places you can live in Denver. Leasing office is unresponsive and slow to care unless you get higher authorities like the health inspector involved. Buildings are rarely cleaned. Reported that someone threw up on my porch yesterday morning and they said they’d get someone on it and it’s sat for almost 48 hrs and dried now. Buildings aren’t kept locked so homeless community sleeps in the laundry room often. Washing machines smell like mildew and aren’t upkept and the price is 5$ a load for super small loads. Don’t fall for the soccer courts or the way their leasing office looks this place is shady and you don’t wanna live here. Will consider rating higher if I see anymore real effort on their behalf without having to force my hand. I’ve been here over a year and had roaches my whole first year but that got fixed because I called the health inspector several times. Things have gotten a little better but not up to par by any means.

Very bad place. Management and maintenance are LAZY! They don't care about their tenants. All they care about is the rent money. I had to live in a freezing apartment with NO HEAT for 3 days when it's snowing outside. I almost froze to death. Maintenance is horrible. Management is lazy and extremely STUPID! DON'T MOVE HERE. THIS PLACE IS TRASH. I'M MOVING FAR AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE. EVEN THE RATS HATE THIS PLACE!
