This place is an absolute joke! None of the amenities are available as described before entering my lease. They don’t fix anything, they NEVER answer the phone or return emails. Have consistently been charging me $50 each month for renters insurance when I already have renters insurance. The staff is rude & treats you as if you shouldn’t be upset about all the problems you encounter while living here. Don’t lease here unless you literally can’t get approved anywhere else!!

Going on almost 3 weeks now with no hot water. Went to the office to find out if there was an ETA on when it would be fixed... not a single person there had any idea of when they would have somebody in to do the work. Most every time we ask about something major like washers and dryer, ac units, water heater etc we get the same answer "We are waiting on a part/parts". Job has been put in almost daily, with no reply. There has never been anything put out informing us of the issue or an update. Maintenance seems to know just about as much as we do, nothing! At least 6 months of the water and/or hot water going out frequently. But the last 2 1/2 week of absolutely no hot water with no end in sight and no communication is the worst!

I have not had hot water in 5 days. No one has contacted me to inform me of what is going on. They also have no responded to my emails, my phone calls and literally currently refusing to allow residents to enter the leasing office. Everything they do is sketchy and/or illegal. The police are here every night- 3 murders on the property in the last year, roaches all over the building, laundry rooms constantly out of commission- high eviction rates through out covid when it was illegal to evict anyone. Do not sign a lease here. Run as fast and as far as you can away from here.

Read the reviews, understand this apartment complex will leave you frustrated too. The office will NEVER answer the phone, you will constantly talk to customer service who can't do anything other than send the office a message to call you....they NEVER will. When it was Woodhaven it was fine, but Ivy Crossing and the entire office does not care about their tenants. I'm standing outside the office right now at 1:35pm on a Saturday and the office is closed because they are at lunch. How do I know they're at lunch? Because one of the useless girls working here saw me recording a video of me trying to enter and came out and said "We all take lunch from 1pm-2pm". Why would EVERYONE take lunch? There's now 3 additional people standing here with me. Maintenance is great I will say, they fixed things within 1-2 days; but trust me and all these bad reviews, DO NOT MOVE HERE

Yes they do take section 8 and other housing programs. If I would have done a little more research on these apartments I wouldn't have moved in here. Everything is broken inside and out.
