I've had the pleasure of calling Cedar Run my home pre and post pandemic. The office staff is so amazing. I've had some financial issues and whenever I've had to call or stop by they always treat me with compassion and dignify. My heart goes out to the office staff when they have to communicate a maintenance issue. This is an older property like a classic car it takes time to get her looking like her glory days. The amenities they offer over-sized suites, walk in closets, balconies on every unit super hot water an elevator. The trees and open space between the buildings is well taken care of. Some dog owners could do a better job at clean up. Summer out door pool with a covered BBQ area. Indoor gym and pool and a quaint business center. It is quit the oasis they have created just off Leetsdale. The maintenance crew are always friendly and curtious when they have been in my home. The work orders are completed as quickly as possible and I always feel confident in their work. They work so hard to keep the property clean. I appreciate all you do. I just wanted to say thank you my air conditioner is working beautifully. Frances Martinez

We've been here for just about 2 years and are about to resign our lease for a third year. We really like being here! The location is convienent and the structure of the complex helps to hide you away from the busy streets nearby. This is an extremely dog friendly complex and by request of many of the residents they have even added more bags and disposal areas for your furry friend's business. Every time I have ever submitted a maitenence request they have responded within 24 hours and have always followed up as well. And the underground parking structures actually saved my car from the damaging hail storm last spring (for an extra $15 a month I park directly below my unit). In the course of my time here, they have installed new sliding glass doors, new energy efficient Windows, a new boiler, redone all 3 pools, and put new no slip grip bridges in all of the walkways. I'm sute they will begin an update on the cosmetic look as well eventually, as it is a bit dated, but all in all for the price and quality of my unit, you could say this customer/ tenant is satisfied. Edited to reflect on the water being shut off multiple times in the past month, without warning. I pay my rent on time every month and I expected more than a space heater on return when my heat was shut off during a snowstorm. Edited once again, because my mother lives there now and her experience with this place has been 1000x what mine was.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. RUN AWAY FROM CEDAR RUN. They rented me an apartment that looked okay at a glance but upon move in, the apartment was very damaged. Walls were speckled with beebe gun holes that were not fixed by the painters, countertops bowed with the slightest pressure because they had broken away from the wall, door handles came off and were loose in my hand. The oven coil was bowed up from being pulled away from the bottom of the oven and much more. This is how they gave me the apartment, so i put all the damages on the move in form and gave the apartment back as they gave it to me. Now they are charging me for all of this and more that was never damaged. This place is trash. Live anywhere else.

Vanessa De Leon, the assistant manager at these apartments is an amazing person to work with. We recently moved in and she has gone out of her way to make sure we are good and have everything we need. She always answers our questions and complaints and does her best to help in any way. I would highly recommend her if you guys are thinking about moving here.!!
