When I first moved to this property there was a couple hiccups but recently things have been a lot smoother. The new Management team that took over is doing a much better job than before. My Maintenance requests are getting done a lot faster and usually don't require any follow ups. They also are great with communication and keeping us updated with emails. My lease is up in the fall and I was originally going to look for other places but I think with the new staff, it'll be much more enjoyable moving forward. Also, there's like 20 amazing food spots downstairs so that's a plus as well.

I left a 3 star review previously and am now changing it to a 1. My rent increased and the result of that is the building and management has gone from bad to worse. I can’t fathom I pay so much for how badly this place is run. Starting with amenities the hot tub and pool is broken and has been broken for months, the pool deck was one of the reasons I moved here and I can’t even use it. I don’t feel safe living here. The garage door has been broken forever and my car and many others have been broken into. Being able to get into the garage gives you not only access to the parking we pay for, but also allows access to the whole building. There is a front desk in the lobby which should have security at the very least, but I’ve never seen someone sit at the front desk in the whole two years I’ve lived here. Not to mention one of the elevator doors has been broken for months on end which makes the wait for the elevator super long and forces the residents to be completely crowded every time we take the elevator. This building is mainly occupied by college students and it’s not cheap and I know of other places in the area where my friends pay the same rent I do and their buildings are in way better conditions and way better ran. I know for a fact that if things aren’t improved soon residents are looking to live elsewhere and it’s at the point where we are demanding compensation for the rent increase because it feels like the extra money we started paying has not been used to make our living standards better in the slightest, it feels like we’ve been robbed. I’m not sure what’s going on in management but someone needs to step up and start making fixes because it’s absolutely ridiculous how long this has been going on.

If you are thinking of living here, don't. Was truly a great building until recently. New management is simply incapable of upkeeping the amenities. The pool (which is supposed to be heated) and hot tub have not been functioning for the entire winter, which is the period when they would typically reach optimal use. One of the elevators is perpetually broken, which makes things particularly difficult since there are 10 residential floors with frequent ingress and egress because of students going to class. Wait times can be up to 15 minutes. And yet, our rent has remained unchanged throughout this entire period. I go into the leasing office, and get short, annoyed responses about these issues. I swear, if I asked for a rent rebate, they would laugh in my face. Seems like they are fed up with residents, which is unsurprising when you can't perform the job that is expected of any leasing office. Multiple times I have thought of filing a claim in small claims court against this building. Don't walk, run.

Suppose to be a secure garage however the garage door has been broken for months now - completely open so anyone can enter the garage. My car was broken into - window completely shattered - and the apartment is saying they are not liable for that even though the garage door is broken and IS their responsibility to have a secure garage. That is what we pay for apart of our rent. I no longer feel safe in my apartment or garage - and according to the staff that is not their issue and can't guarantee any safety. They refuse to pay for the cost to repair my window. Many residents have now had their car broken into because the garage is not fixed
