We've lived here for about 5 months and we love it! Everyone is so friendly - from the leasing staff to the residents we meet around the community. LeeAnn is the sweetest, most helpful person and she and the rest of the leasing staff always go out of their way to put together fun activities and events for the residents. The amenities are awesome and always clean and well looked after. The location is also amazing, so close to parks, restaurants, coffee shops and anything else you need. There's plenty of communication from management about anything happening in or around the building that may affect residents' daily lives, which is so helpful. The building is quiet and the views from the rooftop are amazing as well. Basically, we have no complaints - we love our apartment and look forward to enjoying the rest of our time here!

I recently moved to Griffis Cheesman park from out of state and ended up at this apartment site unseen prior to move in. LeeAnn and Kayla were wonderful to work with during the entire move in process. They answered all of my questions prior to the move and were SO helpful during move in day. The complex is in a great neighborhood and the staff is wonderful to work with.

Beware they force you to use "Fetch" to handle your mail packages. Expect to receive all of your packages 3 days later or more after the intended date. This pretty much voids Amazon Prime and other quick shipping services. This is huge if you work from home or have time-sensitive material. As a previous reviewer stated all of the positive reviews are when this property was under different management and known as "The Amaranth".

I originally moved into The Amaranth on a short term lease, and once that ended, I just couldn't bring myself to leave. It's a beautiful building that's really well taken care of. The amenities are great, the apartments are fantastic, and you can't beat the location. But the best part is the people. The residents really feel like a community and Emily and Ryan who work at the leasing office have gone to such great lengths to build that community, create engaging opportunities for us to connect, and they genuinely care for the people who live here. It's made all the difference to have respectful neighbors and an incredible staff.
