This branch is inconsistent with workers & mail time. Although we are the 2nd block we don't get our mail until 3/4 pm. Mail workers will leave mail on the porch if my dog is in the house instead of the mailbox. Mail workers will leave the porch if my dog is out. When I requested them not too. I have important packages and mail coming and they don't care. The worst postal office ever.

Worst Post office. They choose when it’s convenient for them to deliver you package. And then when you go there to get your package they act arrogant and extremely lazy when you make your inquiry. I believe they are smoke pot on site as well. This has been the worst experience ever! We’ve incurred over $200 in fees for lost checks which we’ve mailed out through this branch. When we finally receive over twos week of mail all our neighbors mail is with ours. They aren’t even sorting correctly. This has nothing to do with covid and low staffing.. it terrible management on ALL accounts. ON THE RECORD! -New Germantown Resident

I Was Home All Day and I got a email saying delivery failed because no one was home and I didn't see anybody walk up my steps to try to deliver my package I'm sooooo irritated and fed up with this post office I don't Know what to do because they saying they tried to attempt to deliver my package Which is a lie!!

It's a hit or miss with this post office. After all the hassle I've had and others, Its apparent that they deliver when they feel like it.
