Awful. Dishonest. Not professional. Have always used enterprise but never again! If for some reason you don’t have a choice then Video every detail of the car when you pick up with the employee and again at drop off with the employee. They will not like it but that’s because it messes up their plan to screw you over. You’ve been warned.

Had to wait all day for a vehicle that was scheduled for pick up first thing in the morning. However when I went to see if there were any cars available, there was only 1 and it was an up grade from the one I was getting. The manager gave it to us and apologized for the inconvenience that was caused for no cars available there on their lot.

Why would you let someone make a reservation and y'all don't have a car available .
