EDIT: I realized the institutional and financial challenges our postal employees and organization in general has to go through (no second delivery trips, etc.). Due to those ignorance, I fully admit that my last year review (2019) was a bit naive and superficial. With all that is ahead, we do want to say that we are deeply appreciative of everyone's work at the post office and best hopes for our mailman/woman. Even in this pandemic, you are our most needed but unsung heros. And for that, we thank you. Stay safe. Whoever the carrier for the zip 19111 needs to be fired. Multiple times mails and packages were delivered to a wrong address. An overnight express shipment was supposed to come to me today and I did not hear my door open or a notice left on the door as the status said.

Sometimes I would say not to listen to the reviews all the time. But in this case, please do! Do not go to this post office. It's trash

Do I have to make appointment, and how much is it, how do you pay
I need to make appointment for my passport
I believe that ut can be tracked
They can print out shipping labels given the information.
I just was at the branch on Rising Sun & Cottman Ave to apply for my passport. Not sure how the renewal process goes but I know they do renewal there. BEFORE YOU GO, you'll have to download and print out a DS-11 form. The post office DO NOT have any for you. Its free to download. If you have your old passport, bring that with you because your going to need it. Also have your birth certificate. You DO NOT need to have your social security card. If you do not have your old passport, you'll have to apply for a new / first time passport. I had to write a check for $130. They DO accept a money order. I then had to pay an additional $50 with a credit or debit card because I had them take my picture for the passport. That $50 is used for the process fees and picture. The $130 check or money order is the price of the passport. I do remember seeing the price list. I believe the renewal was around $50 - $60 less from what I had to pay but I'm not 100% sure. I hope this info helps you out Frank.
As long as it's addressed correctly and has proper postage, I would say, yes.
Yes you can
No clue.. sorry!
The workers in this post office are always working hard to get customers in and out of the lobby quickly, plus they have passport services which is time consuming. If they aren't answering the phone, it's most likely because they are busy serving the people in the lobby.
I believe it
Do both
I believe so
They probably ran packages in the morning
It could be a problem with the browser your using. was able to do it using Chrome browser. If you still have trouble you could call. Good luck!
You could ask your mail delivery person tomorrow or, if it's there, you can pick it up in person.
