I started going to this post office after horrible experiences at the one on Florence, and it’s a huge improvement! They’re definitely understaffed but I’m always in and out in a short amount of time and the staff are polite. It’s a pretty low bar for customer service at any post office so from that perspective I think this place is doing pretty well.

Go to the post office and let them know your current address and they will make the necessary adjustments. You might need to provide identification and proof of address.

Call early when first open around 9am or late around 4pm
Wait until next morning call back to office and put in a no deliver report,they will look for your package
