I had such a nice interaction with the man working at this po location. Very friendly service. Thank you!

I have tried to refrain from posting a review bc every time I go to this post office in person I seem to have a smooth experience. However, the mail delivery has left me no other choice, today was the last straw. My mailbox was left unlocked and wide open. I will go up to three to four days without mail delivery because they are not stopping by OR they are putting all the mail in one mailbox (four apartments/mailboxes in one building). Sometimes they just throw all four apartments mail onto the floor. I get daily informed delivery emails so I know I have mail, but it’s not showing up for days on end. When I complained about my box being left open to USPS someone from this local office called me and tried to argue with me that they did not have a key to my box and instead slide the mail in through a slot in the top and so they couldn’t possibly have left it open. I have received small packages in my box before that could only be put in by opening the box completely with a key, and I can literally hear when the mail person is opening the boxes, so I know they were lying to me.

They just don’t answer the phone.

Every employee here is inept. When they don’t have an answer to your question, they become aggressive because they were never taught how to provide adequate customer service. Their vernacular and disposition indicates a lack of basic education I assumed would be necessary to work, well, anywhere. It would seem this location has proved that assertion wrong: you can be stupid and the USPS will happily hire you.

I've had that happen before where it was delivered late that evening or even the next day but if it isn't there by tomorrow I would report it to them as lost/stolen and contact the sender/retailer
They are suppose to give you a tracking number on the receipt

We are delivery 6days a week
No
Head to the post office and speak with the supervisor. Don't let your package circumvent their stock for more than a week. After that, it becomes increasingly difficult.
