SCerb.
They scammin here, I’m suspect. The amount of times packages just go missing, the “attempts” at delivery. It’s also so ridiculous the area that this post office has to serve. All of north Philly east of Broad st. I literally live at the line of 2 zip codes which means I gotta go all the way up there but there’s 2 other post offices closer to me in the zip south. I appreciate my main carrier, she’s nice, I’ve never had a huge issue with an individual but it’s the place as a whole and the fact that it’s one post office serving all of 21.

This place is beyond garbage. I have a strong feeling someone that works here steals packages. My packages go missing way to often or get “lost”. Last time i checked that was a federal offense. This place needs to have a serious investigation brought on to them

There was a window and a receptionist present to receive packages. The mail carrier didn't informed the receptionist about any packages and left. Had to do a pick up. Totally incompetent!

The worst customer service they never deliver package on time and then when you got to the office they never know nothing

Yeah...they are the worst location in Philadelphia .....the worst. Glad I don't have to deal with them anymore
Yea, it is pretry bad. I'm actually a truck driver that delivers Amazon pallets to them. Very unprofessional, except for the very few.
Because it's cheap.
I didn't see the question. I would ask. Why when people experiences others with unprofessional behavior, its suggested they work some where else? They only going to do the same thing at the other location. I've heard others say you should quit. How is that helping them or the next person. As for my experiences I havent had a problem. There are times the line is long. When you have cutbacks, sickness, death in the family, over worked colluges and etc. You will have employee's Calling OUT. and their stand that one person at the window. Who is trying and/or doing they BEST do get others out in a timely time. However, NO WOMAN or MAN is AN ISLAND. Therefore, they next time see it from the eyes of others on the inside. I apologize to you for them. BUT the NEXT TIME give them something to smile about. Prehaps, it would give him/her a change of heart or put a smile on their face and a teaspoon of happiness in their heart. NONE of US are perfect, lets pray for others and self.
I've experienced that as well.
Well I have a new carrier and she insists on giving my mail to someone else. Which means they MIGHT have my information on some that came for me and NOTHING have been done.
Prob need to go to the closest post office on 16th and check im around the corner mines came. Maybe you just haven't recieved anything as yet.. better luck tomorrow.
I think so
You gotta go inside to demand answers
Cca. They don't train them well
Thats because their not training the cca properly. USPS has poor management
There is no phone number and if there was they wouldn't answer anyway.

Whatever time your house is on thier route. Route take almost eight hrs to complete. If your regular carrier is off the sub (cca) might do it or the whole route is broken up to overtime given to other carriers. Overtime mail is delivered later because its done after carriers did their own 8 hr route.
