Hi Bria Monay, Depends on the situation. I WENT THROUGH MANY STEPS as far as writing the "SHIPPERS, WHO BLAMES DELIVERY WHO SAYS CALL SHIPPERS!! TO I SAID "MONEY BACK" THE PROCESS TAKES ABOUT A MONTH, MONEY OR PACKAGE. IT'S A PROCESS, JUST DON'T CUSS (be upset) IT WILL TAKE LONGER!!😁😁😁
