Has to be one of the worst Post Office branches in the city, if not the country. Really poor customer service especially one woman who is often working the front counter, so much negative attitude all the time. Mail out of this location is unreliable at best and good luck trying to talk to anyone who cares even a tiny bit. Update: All I can say is good luck if you get Lisa at the front counter. She is a rude person who treats people poorly, especially if they don't speak very good English.

On the post office right now 8/19/22 and the postal workers are no where to be found we have been in line for 20 minutes and no one has come to the counter. There is a larger line forming and still no service 😑. It very frustrating when you try to run in and out on your lunch break and there is no one to service you ridiculous

I'm sorry but the Post Office doesn't answer questions like this on the internet. You will have to go to the station with proof that you live there and have a valid reason for picking up your mail instead of waiting for it to be delivered.

I did visit this location last week, my opinion is don't go. Short staff and no training for the job. I will recommend 1 Olney plaza.

Get it on video and go your post office ask to see post master and tell post master of situation and ask that you will like to file a report with postal police. Do Not Loose Video. If i was you, i would look for legal advice.
