Ive been going to this practice for over 20 years, which should tell you all you need to know. My PCP is Dr Kropf and you won't find a more thorough Dr. Good diagnostician and very caring. If she is unavailable then Dr Lombardi usually is. He is a no nonsense guy who will fix what ails you. Amy and Rosie make-up part of the part of the front staff and are also quite good. Rosie can seem a bit gruff but that's just her act. She will work very hard to solve whatever problem you have.and is a good egg. And also noteworthy, if you need to be seen immediately, you will be seen by one of the dictors that day.

No one answers the phone. Waiting sometimes 20 mins just for someone to pickup. It's ridiculous.

Not recommended. Dr. S.R. obviously unfit for handling pediatrics. Poor judgement and evaluation. Look elsewhere for a competent pediatrician. Update - The phone number below was called several times and contact information given, but no one bothers to call back. Evidently St. Luke's is not concerned with incompetent doctors.

I've only experienced friendly front desk staff, nurses and doctors. Dr. Bautista is my pcp and he is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to messages and prescription renewals. If you care about your health I highly recommend seeing him.
