Rude and unhelpful staff from just a phone call. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and then the woman told me she didn't have time to schedules appts for me if I wanted in before the holidays. I explained January would be fine and was told to call back then for possibly something. I won't be calling back.

Bought expensive glasses (over $500) there about 2 years ago. Mainly for night driving as I wear prescription sunglasses during the day. First time I wore them, a lens fell out while I was driving and ended up under car seat. They said I would need to pay for a new lens. Completely their fault lens was not installed properly. I found lens, they then "butchered" it into the frame, completely unprofessional. Now this lens has been falling out repeatedly for 2 years. Any time I've reached out to them, they tried to place all blame on me.. As I said, I used these very infrequently for night driving. They are kept in a hard case. Will never use coventry again. Find somewhere else, even Walmart is more competent, and far less expensive. They deserve zero stars...

Dr. Is good but office has no respect for your time. 3 visits so far and have never waited less than 45 minutes past appt. time, usually longer. My 2nd appt. was first of the day. No other patients in office and they were still 20 minutes late in seeing me and when I ask if it will be much longer I'm looked at as if I'm in the wrong. No apology or explanation ever for the wait

For almost 20 years Dr. Neusidl has been caring for my family's ocular health. He is kind and takes time to explain what's going on with our eyes. He goes well beyond making sure we can see well but makes sure our eyes are healthy and thus we are healthy too. I strongly recommend Coventry Eye Associates to anyone in Warren county or the surrounding area in need of eyecare.
