Sent a package on 9/27 - Somehow my package was misrouted to this facility on 10/12 and on 10/17 it was lost in this facility. Tracking said it was returned to agent and post office no longer has it.

hands down the worst post office I've ever been to. After paying extra for 2 day shipping my package arrived to this facility and was lost and never sent out for delivery. I called them multiple times but they don't answer the phone. I went in person and the lady working was incredibly rude and unprofessional and did nothing to help me. They also randomly decide to close at 4pm instead of the 5pm hours posted online, just because they feel like it. My package is now completely gone and they were no help at locating it. this location is grossly understaffed and under trained and should be shut down.

My phone showed 3 pieces of mail expected on 9/13/22 Today is the 15th and I still don't have my mail. One post office told me to check with the Lindbergh Blvd. office as did the substitute mailman. Problem is, u can't speak to a human being there if u call them. What a waste. Typical government agency.

No, you have to go to an station. Maybe somewhere like 30th street station.
