WORST place to EVER rent a car. I prepaid for my car 2 weeks before I needed it. Go to get my car and they say my car reservation was cancelled. The lady behind the counter was using profanity against me to call the prepay department. I called and spoke to someone, and was told my reservation wasn't cancelled. Then the lady behind the counter put me in a vehicle. I left, take my vacation, deliver my vehicle one day late. Full on fuel, washed and a picture time stamped of delivery. I expected to pay an over due amount, but here we are 5 days after the fact and they keep attempting to charge my card over $1000 without authorization and with already charging me over $850. This is ridiculous. This business is full of nothing but thieves.

Resierved SUV to pick it at 10:30 Am went there and they said come back after an hour. I came back they said it's not gonna be ready till 4pm. This is not professional At all. Whoever works in there need to be fired. DO NOT GO THERE.

Car was dirty right along with windshield and I got a car that was suppose to be no smoking it smell like smoke mildew and mode I talk to the manager about the situation and how my allergies was flaring up from the mode in the car and also maintenance kept a pairing up on the car and it was only at 5,000 miles I will never ever use budget again do to that one store messed up my whole vacation I urge not to use that location if you want to have a good time on your trip poor management and cleanliness. Also the back seat carpet smell like animal urine and other people mail and important information was left in the car and I know this lady is going to want this very important document she left in the car rental

Returned the car to this location. One week later we receive an email saying the car has not been returned. We call this location, and the person who answered literally said "I don't know where the car is. You need to call Budget to ask them to track down the car." Seriously? You lose the car, and it's my responsibility to track it down? Could not imagine the poor customer service we just received. Also, no manager is on site and no one can call me back until next week.

Trucks from Budget aren't allowed to pull trailers of any sort, but moving trucks can be rented for the other stuff you're moving, call the store for an estimate on pricing if you're still looking to rent
