But you can fish anytime, just have to be in the park by dark, 10pm or so, or walk in. You can always drive out, gates will open. Catfishing is great in the dark!

State park so has a fee. There are rentals but that was closed the time I went. There are multiple boat ramps and folks going in and out often so doubt they would force a rental.
