Beautiful, peaceful park with lots of space to roam

We went up the canyon to take fall family photos. The park was beautiful and the foliage was full.of color. There are tons of options for photos. There is a little stream, a bridge, a cute tree cover walk way, trees, and one of their pavilions has a barn look if you want that. It looks like a great place for family get together ans picnics.

Fun and also a good place to hang out with some friends or family

They have those little stand up metalfire containers near the picnic tables and that is the only place that fires would be allowed. They might possibly have one open fire pit as well
No. Big springs is a few miles further up the road and has overnight camping
Probably up to a year
Thanks for your question! Yes, one of our park attendants will put a sign in the plastic holders at the pavilion on the day of the event. This paper will show the reservation date and time, as well as the name on the reservation. If you get there and it hasn't been put up please call our office; (801) 852-6606 and we'll get someone sent over to put it up. -Craig C.
We do not allow overnight camping at South Fork Park. For an evening Pavilion Reservation (3:30PM - 9:30PM) the cost starts at about $65 (Depending on the Pavilion and other Special Conditions).
