Emily has been amazing , I don’t know why people wheee complaining about the wait of 2-3 hours after the holidays everyone decided to hang out together and what would you expect log wait times !!!! This place is great and they do their job efficiently!!!

Update: They changed to be reservation only. It seems like they have plenty day of reservations available at end of January ‘22. They have restructured the line system into a 2nd parking lot and have personnel that make sure you have an appointment before you get too far in the line. The line eventually splits into two evenly serviced lines. Happy with the changes and came back to change my negative review. It now really is convenient. Thank you for the changes! Only complaint I now have is that even though it says it closes at 7 pm with appointments going until close, the line entrance was barricaded accepting no one with about 8 testing employees sitting around at the group station. My wife went around and had to plead to get tested which they eventually did. I see other reviews mentioning the same. Only 1 star deduction for me. If TestUtah replies with the assurance that they will honor the testing to the listed closing time of 7, I am happy to bump it to 5 star. For those reading this, schedule your appointment much earlier in the day. Old Review: Super frustrated at the man who told us to get out of the “registered” and get into one of two “unregistered” lines even though I was already registered and had my QR code ready. The two unregistered lines become one line, while the registered lines stay separate. They had have several testers on each registered line and only one for the two unregistered lines. Writing this review as double digit cars have moved past us. To the man that made us move, thanks for wasting our time!

Made an appointment for today at 5:45pm, then got told they were kicking everybody out at 6:15. Their reasoning was that the appointment setting tool should have gone live tomorrow 1/11 and that they would not honor the appointment I had made. Rude service and unfortunately have to go back tomorrow.

Horribly disorganized with ridiculous wait times. I waited in line for over 2 and a half hours, and when i got to the front I understood why. They are horribly slow and nobody has any clue what they’re doing. When you finally get towards the front, it splits into 2 lines. I happened to get into the really slow line. I noticed the other line was going significantly faster than mine, and once I got up to front of my line, I waited for another 25 minutes for them to actually do the test, meanwhile I watched about 20 or so cars go through the line next to me while I sat waiting. And then they somehow misplaced my test and had to scan me in again, so the people behind me in my own line got tested before me. It’s worth driving somewhere further to get the test.
