This place is incredible in every way. We ran into a few issues with our taxes this last year and decided to get a bit more help to sort through things. Several staff members helped us to better understand our concerns in a kind, efficient, and helpful manner. One staff member in particular needs to be recognized for her AMAZING personality and efficiency, Diana Harmon. She not only helped us to quickly sort through our taxes, but she also somehow managed to settle our fears and make us laugh a multitude of times in the process. She is a light to this world. The customer service at this H&R Block is on a level unknown to most consumer-oriented industries. Thank you for helping us to resolve our concerns in such a professional, timely, and compassionate manner.

Call them and ask them. If it's a mistake they made they'll fix it. If it's a mistake you made, gave them bad info or left something out, you may have to pay extra to H&R. Probably depending on if you paid extra for their protection plan. Best way to know though is call them and ask.
