The most unprofessional experience. I rented a breast pump from them after having a baby. I obviously want feeling up to picking it up so I sent my sister to pick up the breast pump. She arrived with the pump but has been told that I would already have the disposable parts to make the pump work. Nobody told me to bring the parts home from the hospital so I didn't have them. The next day, my mom went to the store to buy the parts for the pump but they SOLD HER THE WRONG PARTS. I still couldn't use the pump. The next day, my husband went to the store to either return the pump for a refund or buy the correct parts. The counter attendant led him to believe that we could get a partial refund so he chose to return the pump so we could stop working with these unprofessional people. I called later to confirm this but was told that I would have to pay full price for a pump that I had in my home for three days and could not use because of the sheer incompetence of their staff. Apparently, it costs 63$ for them to clean a breast pump but they can't even be bothered to sell the right parts. The lady on the phone said that it is impossible to sell the wrong parts. Well, the parts for the ameda double electric pump are not compatible with the hospital grade pump. But apparently it's impossible to sell the wrong parts. So from my understanding, I am contractually obligated to pay for this medical equipment regardless of functionality and intermountain is not contractually obligated to provide functioning equipment. I have already contacted the office of patient experience. So we will see if Intermountain actually reads these reviews or just copies and pastes the OPE phone number.

My experience thus far has been good. When I call to order supplies the person on the phone is kind and helpful.

I decided to check these reviews after calling the Provo location. They totally match my experience. Rude and condescending! You would think they would try to improve their customer service. Apparently they don't need the business.
