I've loved living at the Bostonian. Each condo is individually owned, so no two are the same. Mine was recently remodeled, so it has new cabinets and carpet and paint and a bathroom and kitchen. Some of them are painted weird colors. The upstairs apartments have vaulted ceilings and a loft storage area. The downstairs apartments feel a little more crowded. 2 bedrooms with closets and has a hall closet, so it definitely has lots of room and storage There's no real division between the living room and the kitchen, so it's hard to find a good place to put a TV or bookshelves, but no big because I don't have a TV. Each apartment has 2 free underground parking spots. Each apartment also has a storage area down in the garage. 2 blocks south of campus and 2 blocks in from University Avenue. Now for the bad... The HOA or management company or whoever it is absolutely SUCKS. Last year the bottom stairs had about an inch of ice on them. My sister slipped and broke her leg a few years ago on the icy stairs The stairs were also cracked and wobbly for awhile. The outside of the building is super dusty and dirty and never gets clean. Forget your inner bedroom windows being cleaned. When I contacted them about leaking toilets twice there was absolutely no response. So yeah. 5 stars for being a great apartment and a great place and lots of storage and parking. 1 star for terrible management.

Affordable, spacious apartment in a really good location!

Either contact the management company or knock on people's doors. A lot of people pass it on to family members or friends.
All units are privately owned, so there's no guarantee of including a W/D, but there absolutely are hookups, and every unit right now has W/D included to my knowledge.
Each is set independently, but I paid 780, which is what I suspect most are in the range of.
