SEPTEMBER 2022: They do not accept Amazon returns in any forms at the moment. You have to get inside of the store to know that information. Call ahead to any UPS location before you go there.

Hello. Great question. When a package is dropped off at a Drop Box, it will be picked up by the pickup time noted on the drop box. When the driver picks up from the Drop Box the packages are taken to the Customer Center later that evening and scanned when they are shipped out. If you are looking for an immediate scan when dropping off, I recommend taking the package to a UPS Drop Off center or Customer Center. Yes. They accept packages until 7pm Monday through Friday. I always check their Google listing for hours if I'm unsure when they'll be open (i.e. Holiday hours, etc)

I'm sorry I don't speak French? German? What I do know is I've used this UPS store in Virginia for many years. I traveled thru out the country. Never had a problem with my mail being forwarded , or even held til I get a new address And everyone is nice.
Only licensed retailers or producers can ship alcoholic beverages. Some people ship it anyway but call it live yeast cultures, or whatever. If they realize what it is, likely to be destroyed (right...) And you could be penalized. This must be really special beer!

Call the customer support line at 1-800-PICK-UPS. They should be able to help you get your address set to not allow packages to be left without a signature.
