Only licensed retailers or producers can ship alcoholic beverages. Some people ship it anyway but call it live yeast cultures, or whatever. If they realize what it is, likely to be destroyed (right...) And you could be penalized. This must be really special beer!
Call UPS Customer Service on that question. I'm not sure if it is considered normal shipment or has special handling required.
