This place is so beautiful! Both myself and my dog (look at him smiling) had so much fun! We also had a scare, I was walking uphill on one of the trails and I look up and see a human figure...it's a cut out of Bigfoot.

Definitely a nice spot to see. Will add pictures of the fall later, tech issues. But this is a pretty spot to stop and there is a gift shop as well..

Cute park! $10 for parking which sucks if you just go to the main waterfall. There are a few other short trails there as well

Sitting on a bench by the waterfall was very therapeutic. It is a short distance to see the waterfall if you don't want to hike the entire park. Hiking was long, and great. It took us around two hours to see majority of the park, caves, and smoke house (located by children's playground). Parking was only $10 and it was worth it for sure. We went on Monday and there were not many people which was great. We stayed in a Million Dreams Cabins ( loved it) that we rented on Vrbo, and it only took us 10 minutes to get to the park.

There are Trails on both sides one goes up high to where the Yurts are overlooking the whole Falls the other one goes down below to take you down to the pool at the bottom of the false each way takes only about 10 minutes or so
Yes
Absolutely, We have picnic tables in the gardens area that are first come first serve. We also have a covered open air shelter and reunion center that are available to rent. You can call the park office to check availability and to make reservations.
Thats an awesome idea! That would be so beautiful! Definitely call and ask! Congratulations on your marriage 💜
Call them they can answer allbof your questions
Flint Creek is just up the road. A unique swimming experience.
Alicia they're running pretty good and ice cold.
You must walk down to the falls. Paved trail. Steep coming back up. Lots of stairs.
There is a trail above the falls that is accessible
They have three main trails that vary in difficulty from easy to advanced. They are from 1 mile long, to 1.5 miles at the longest. This information is from the app "All Trails" that I use.
No, there aren't. Although, there are not THAT many steps to get to the top veiwing platform. It MIGHT be possible for someone to be rolled down and up the stairs to get to the platform. Would all depend on the physical attributes of the individual and assistants.
You'd have to call i dont remember XYZ.
No. Only for winter hours. The park closes at 7:30 currently and will close at 7:30 for the rest of the summer (I work there).
I think there's wifi at the store/ info center but not at the campsites. Not 100% sure because I stayed in the yurts
It depends really, with all the crazy weather we have been having. I've yet to find a single tick this month.
There's a parking fee of $10. A very romantic place 😍
Just the parking fee at the park. The disc golf is free once you're in the park.
No there isn't. They are trying to protect the flora and fauna there by not letting the masses trample in and out.
Yes they also give GREAT discounts if you are disabled and will loan you a golf cart
There is only fishing not swimming These are the activities they have Biking Disc Golf Fishing Hiking Volleyball Watchable Wildlife
Yes
You forfeit your deposit
The yurts are cool, if they are booked there are hotels a few minutes away in West siloam springs
Yes I was there on Sunday and they are frozen with water falling in the center .It is beautiful.
Like any state or national park, they strongly encourage you to buy it where you burn it. I have seen many people bring wood in and nothing appears to have been said to them. Although talking to some of those people, many live less than an hour away.
I have camped there many times and in all seasons. Never seen it dry.
I paid $5 for visiting a few weeks ago (I am from Ok).
They don't have cabins only yurts. I believe they are $100 a night
No fishing.
Couple miles down the road you can swim at flint Creek swimming area! Google it for more info!
Yes, there is plenty of parking until they open. Hours they opened when I was there was 8am. Ticket in the window is for after you enter the gate and park on the hiking or camping area
$5 per car for day pass
We had no problems even down in the trails my Moto g7 worked with cricket
I was there in the spring and they had small bundles of fire wood for sale at the office. I'm not sure of the price.
Because that's what it looks like after heavy rain .
Yes we are open until 8pm. Flow is normal this week. Its always worth the visit.
I don't know. I just know it can't be done at the park
You can swim there but you'll get in trouble with the park staff if you're caught.
A small part of it is but mostly Rocky terrain, that's even hard to walk on
There are a few actually. My son spent about 20 minutes playing in a small creek right next to where my wife and I had a nice picnic at a table.
No you can't swim in it and the falls is at the beginning of the trail
Those are $22 for regular and $27 for the premium. The premium sites are closer to the bath house and playground.
There are some stairs, but if you view from the top, it's not bad at all. If you want to go down to platform at the bottom of the falls, there are quite a bit more stairs. Don't let that stop you from going. It is a beautiful little park.
Call the park
No.
I'm not a worker at the Natural Falls. You will need to call in the morning & ask your questions.
I believe so, we have camped there on Thanksgiving weekend in the past.
You can camp but the park is closed on christmas and Thanksgiving
No swimming allowed to protect the ecosystem.
RV sites (elec and water) are approximately $25/night. Weekends, we had to pay for 2 nights even though we only stayed one.
If you're talking about someone in wheelchair, there is a chance to visit the upper side of the fall.
Yes they did have campsites but in my opinion there are alot better parks for camping nearby..I thought this was more of a day use type of park. It was nice and cool to see but we were done sight seeing easily after an hour and you couldnt get off any marked trails. So no playing in the water. That's a must for kids and camping!!
A traditional hurt or her is portable, round tent covered with skins or felt and used as a dwelling by nomads in the steppes of Central Asia
Hi Abigail, I'm not sure it's they speak Spanish, I only met what looked life a married couple, the one time I went camping. But you never know who can speak Spanish 😊 maybe if you gave them a phone call 😀
There are some wide trails but they are not paved.
No drones
The only tent camping is right at the front gate and incredibly small. No privacy whatsoever
Yes
There are yurts. You can book as far as 11 months out. You can also book the same day (as long as there are openings). There is a 2 night minimum for weekends. If you have any questions about the yurts, I can answer them-I work at the park.
The park has a large covered pavilion with tables and grills they do have an indoor area with large outdoor grill that is attached to the park office. I believe they can be rented by the day or half day. The park is beautiful and spacious and very well maintained. Dogs must be kept on leash. Check their website or give them a call for more information. I highly recommend the park, we take our RV there several times a year.
$5/vehicle. Oklahoma seniors and honorably discharged Oklahoma veterans get in free with documentation.
My pictures were taken at 4:45 pm on 09/18/17 at 4:45 pm. If you can imagine the waterfall dividing the wall into two halves, one wall is completely bathed in sunshine while the other is shaded. Part of the cascading water in these shots were in the sun and some closer to the wall were in shade.
Yes, some are full service.
