If I want to take a photo of the falls when the sun is shining towards it, is the morning or evening better? Or simply, what direction do you face when looking toward the falls?

My pictures were taken at 4:45 pm on 09/18/17 at 4:45 pm. If you can imagine the waterfall dividing the wall into two halves, one wall is completely bathed in sunshine while the other is shaded. Part of the cascading water in these shots were in the sun and some closer to the wall were in shade.

The lower platform faces to the north/north east and it's a relatively narrow valley with decent amounts of foliage.
