There are some wide trails but they are not paved.

There is handicapped parking at the beginning of the trail to the falls. You can go part of the way in a wheelchair. There is a overlook to view the falls if you cannot make it down the trail/stairs.

The trails are not set up for wheelchairs, while you may be able to use some, others would be very dangerous.

The water fall area is not that i know of. We had to use sets of stairs going down to the fall. There is a Overlook though that you would be able to access in a wheelchair where you can see the fall. Just not get down to it that I know of.

Yes some of the trails are handicapped accessible. There are also some that are not, like the main trail down to the waterfall.
