There are some stairs, but if you view from the top, it's not bad at all. If you want to go down to platform at the bottom of the falls, there are quite a bit more stairs. Don't let that stop you from going. It is a beautiful little park.
The trail from the parking lot to the observation platform is an accessible trail. The distance is approximately 150 yards from the parking lot to the platform over looking the water fall.
There is paved walk ways but you will have stairs.
