No you can't swim in it and the falls is at the beginning of the trail
Don't get in the water near the falls please. It's a fragile ecosystem. I see too many people who think the rules don't apply to them and they jump the fence and get in the water!
The lagoon area where the falls are you must remain on the boardwalk and only look at the scenery. You can't get in the water there. There is a small lake for fishing near the campground area. Not sure if swimming is allowed there or not.
No swimming isnt allowed.
Water was too shallow to swim when we were there. 1/2 mile hike it's all we went.
I don't know if you can swim - we were just there for a few minutes to check out the falls
