Amazingly helpful experience from three officers at the Sam Rittenberg location. I knew that I needed an appointment, but found it impossible to make an appointment through the automated phone system. These three officers helped me make an appointment and did not let me walk out of the office before I had confirmation . I have been trying to get my passport back for over a year, and I actually feel like I made some headway today, thanks for the officers at this location! I’m so very grateful. Renews my confidence in our government agencies! :-)

Every time I call to talk to speak to somebody keeps saying that they will end the call and not put me through to an actual person

the officers were basically bullies to me and my family. I wasn't allowed to attend my wife's ceremony. the guards seem to enjoy the displeasure of others.

Check with your local post office if it's a USA passport
You can track it on uscis website using your case ID number. Hope it helps
Call the aya number that appears here at the address and information to schedule an appointment or go and ask that question to the same office.
No you have to file online and they will make an appointment for you.
I paid $640 to file the form, plus $85 biometrics fee. $725 combined total. I filed in September 2019, and had the ceremony in Jan 2020.
Just security, you need an appointment letter to get past them.
That is not my area of expertise I went to USCIS for another reason, I'm sorry I cannot answer your question but good luck.
With some cases you can check progress online
U should call them 1st, but I think u apply for a renewal, replacement of a lost or stolen card. Good luck
Download the form I-90 online and the instructions on how to fill it up. The USCIS fee to file Form I-90 costs $455. In addition, the agency might require an $85 biometrics service fee. FileRight application package preparation fee is $145.
I would follow up with them. I was 2 weeks between interview and swearing in
If you have an official notice letter, and it states that an appointment at 12/31/2018, then the USCIS is open
There are forms to petition a family on their website. You can download them. There are also instructions on how to fill them out. You probably can call customer support line and ask them to mail it to you if you don't have access to the computer
You could be her interpreter. When you enter the facility you must bring your ID and check in with security, specify that you will be serving as an interpreter for your mother and have documentation that proves it.
They will reschedule the appointment and send you the invitation letter. My appointment was supposed to be on September 9, but also got cancelled. And i already received the reschedule. You can also try calling customer support. They should be able to to tell more about what's going on with your case
At time of ur Biometric you must had a red and blue booklet, which is a study guide for naturalization. Also you can do practice questions on uscis.gov and also there are some practice lessons on you tube as well.
