It seems silly not have conversations with both parents when a child's mental health is concerned. It seems unlawful to only get consent from one of the divorced parents when prescribing drugs to a minor. You have no idea what the divorce agreement states. This is breaking the law.

They have an quality assessment system they use for assisting in determining cause and treatment options if one is designated for that route. Great place to be evaluated or for asking for help.

Yes they do, you just need to have your paperwork or cert that states it is a service dog
They must have changed it. Last time I was in paitent they would give us 5 minutes or so to smoke as much as we could 2 times a day. It wasn't much, but we really looked forward to those 5 minutes outside.
