So my mom still hasn’t received her green card she was supposed to receive it on October 20, 2020. I keep calling the uscis # but I can’t talk to anybody it’s always just the computer. Can anybody help me?

You can track it on uscis website using your case ID number. Hope it helps

Call the 1800 on the website and chose option 1

You can check the status on the website,I think you need to input your immigration number which should be on one of the forms you got from them
