I paid $640 to file the form, plus $85 biometrics fee. $725 combined total. I filed in September 2019, and had the ceremony in Jan 2020.
According to an article I read online recently: The application to become a naturalized citizen will increase from $640 to $1,170, and although the current $85 fee for biometrics collection (mandatory for the application) will be dropped, the total increase will still be $445. 60% hike
