Is there a day to talk to a uscis person on the phone the qüestions i have i cant find on website and that emma really cant help either its so frustrating they just ignoring emails etc

I don't think they accept walk-ins. But you can make an appointment (either online or they have a machine you can use right there) and hopefully they will answer your questions
