Has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Missing part of my order since 9/5 (its now 10/11) and I keep getting the runaround on where it is. Now, I talk to CS on the phone (email is totally worthless) and I'm told it will be another 3 weeks. I'm frustrated by this point and say to refund the missing part and I'll order from somewhere else. What happens, they return the whole order (I'm not shipping back what I already received at my expense) and the guy just hung up on me. Dreading the call I need to make to talk through this return. I'll be removing CJ for my future parts shopping.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. No matter what time of day you call they are always “experiencing is extremely high call volume” The staff is Extremely Incompetent. Time and time again. I got the wrong part the last time, trying to return it now. Every time you call the return line they say “no one is available to take your call right now please call back “and then hangs up. I realize you can handle most return things online but I had a problem with the return shipping and I had a question that isn’t available on the website.

Be careful buying from these guys! they make you pay for returns! my first buys was not right fan shroud say it fit a 1979 400m was to big! aftermarket! COST ME MONEY TO RETURN IT! SO I MEASURED FOUND ONE ON HERE THAT HAD THE MEASUREMENTS after i drill holds to make a better fit to rad it was off by 2inch now i own that fan shroud realize NEVER buying from these guys again I Just want to warn people about CJ!!!!!!!!!!!

this is the absolute worst company I can't believe I didn't look at their reviews before buying it's been almost a month of trying to contact them to correct my order that they screwed up

No they never answered the phones and they never return the calls you might get an email response maybe might get a response through their Instagram account maybe but these people are absolute trash

I agree. Call and ask about it with the part number you have.

I have been there and bought things. One item was in stock and the other wasn't. They shipped it to me when it was available. I have been ordering online as trying to get through on the phone was almost impossible.
If you have a backordered part try contacting them directly with the information from when you ordered and they should be able to let you know if there are any updates on its status.
CJ Pony parts will be able to supply the radiator you need for proper cooling with your engine.

If Shelby wheels are being "reproduced", whatever u can get. Advise to check Shelby Owners websites &/or forums, as well as Ebay for values.
If I was putting that much work in I'd change it. As a matter of fact ill be doing that shortly.
