I had my second of six functional rehab appointments with Jen yesterday. Basically showing me stretching and exercises that pinpoint areas where I hold stress. As I was walking into work afterward, I felt very limber and relaxed. I realized I haven't felt that good for at least a year. Sadly, I was getting used to feeling aches with every movement. Jen is a wealth of knowledge and has made a very positive difference in how i feel. She even made some dietary suggestions which I immediately researched and adopted. One day later i feel fantastic!! I would highly recommend Jen!!
