exactly why does it take you people to reply to an email and why is it nobody EVER answers the phone NOR do you call back the customer when we select the call back option? I have been 2 days waiting for a GD call back from you just to ask a question

this is the absolute worst company I can't believe I didn't look at their reviews before buying it's been almost a month of trying to contact them to correct my order that they screwed up

yep, moving on to a legitimate and professional company, been waiting on hold for nearly an hour to ask about an order I placed (no return email) while the recording states over and over "Be right with you!" I'll bet you Kentucky Mustang picks right up. f'ing pathetic.

I’ve been trying to contact them for a few days about a couple wrong parts and no reply no service after the sale it seems I’m surprised the have a good reputation as far as I know
