Does anyone ever answer the phone

No they never answered the phones and they never return the calls you might get an email response maybe might get a response through their Instagram account maybe but these people are absolute trash

It's hard to get a hold of them I will say. That location doesn't have a specific phone number. So when you call you get, you get their customer service line and unfortunately it takes a lot of time. I once called and it said I was going to have to wait 500 minutes until I'd reach someone. I called back and was with someone in 11 minutes.
