Absolutely horrible experience!!! Pool was size of my washroom tub, AND there were noisy children taking up the whole thing. The whole place was dark as of electricity can not even be afforded. The lift was slow and clearly needed some work, and was also quite small. The service was unsatisfactory, as I called for extra towels and they told me to come get them myself! Very understaffed. I did not feel welcomed at all. My entire family had a horrible night and we could not wait to leave as soon as possible. We will never stay in another "Comfort" Suite again!

Update: after talking to the local manager, who very patiently explained why they have this policy in place, I feelI more sympathetic. Whether or not I agree with the policy, they do apparently have it posted on their site, but not on Expedia. I would have liked to review the amenities, rooms, or staff at this hotel, but apparently if you are local, they refuse to let you stay. I had made a reservation thorugh Expedia for a weekend getaway with my wife, but the next morning, on the day we were supposed to check in, they called us to inform that they do not allow anyone with a local address. I had to scramble and find another hotel so we could enjoy our mini stay cation. I guess the franchise owner doesn't want my money.

Check-in is very friendly. Had to keep getting my room key reactivated and front desk took extra measures to check my name for security purposes. Witnessed the lady checking in the people in front of me that were being difficult and she remained very professional. Room was clean and got a great 3 nights of sleep after working a Home Show. See you again in July!!!

Great. Management & staff is very customer-focused. I initially called to prearrange accommodations & from that moment throughout my entire stay Mr. Richard ensure that I experience a pleasant stay. The room service staff was just as friendly as well. I'd definitely stay here again & reccomend this hotel to others.
